Chris Peake

Managing Director

Chris originally trained and worked in the public transport sector – initially as an apprentice engineer, but worked his way through the ranks to engineering director. He left to join the contracting sector and spent 12 months with Mowlem Pall Mall setting up and strengthening their Transport Sector. He grew sales by £2 million in the first 9 months but was then head-hunted and asked to join Logjics Resource Services, who went onto become Lightbridge Support Services. He served with Lightbridge as Operations Director from the onset of the business in January 2007, until October 2011.

Chris has served at board level since the early 1990′s and has vast experience in the Transport/Engineering and Contracting Sectors. He has 10 years of experience in the Ambulance Preparation Sector within the NHS and Private Sectors, designing the Operational/Logistical models of a number of NHS Ambulance Support/Infection Control systems.

Greg Peake

Operations Director (North)

Greg worked for Lightbridge Support Services for 5 years, commencing as a cleaning operative in a support role to various contracts throughout the UK. He was appointed as Support Service Manager in 2009 and was responsible for delivering the Internal Quality Audit programme across all of the company’s contracts. He is a qualified assessor for BS ISO 9002, and trained and mentored all new deep cleaning operatives in the Ambulance Make Ready Sector. He also delivered DPTS training to all new employees in Lightbridge’s Rail Division.

Greg is experienced in all aspects of Transport Cleaning including Rail, Bus and Ambulance Preperation. His drive, ambition and enthusiasm are the key reasons towards guaranteeing the success of INNOV8.

Kris Peake

Operations Director (South)

Kris’s role has developed since joining the business in July 2012. He has over 10 years experience in Sales and Marketing and retains a role in these areas of the business. However, the growth of the business throughout the UK during 2013 has meant a role that has moved towards an Operational bias. Kris is now responsible for all Southern Contracts operated by the business. He is relishing the challenges ahead and has a flexible and adaptable approach to managing the contracts under his control.

Chelsy Hollins

Office Manager

Chelsy joined the business in August 2013 having previously worked in the Healthcare Sector. Chelsy drives the office tasks on a day-to-day basis, including the ongoing management of the KPI and ATP reports made available to our customers from the Client Portal on the company website. Her duties are numerous, including admin, client liaison, HR and Accounts.

Quensh Manager

Chris, the newest member of the management team, is company’s Quality, Environmental, Safety and Health (Quensh) Manager. More information will be added to his description soon.
